Refund Policy

This policy applies to all transactions made through PayPal.

Entries for Events and Trials

A $5.00 charge applies to each entry or space.  If an exhibitor enters three different events or spaces on a single form there will be a $15.00 charge to edit the exhibitor's record to delete the entries for the appropriate entries. No refunds will be made after the date entries close.

Reservations

  • Reserved Grooming
    • A $5.00 charge applies to each space reserved to update the exhibitors record and return the space to "Available Status".  If an exhibitor reserves 3 spaces for three days and desires to receive a refund there will be a $15.00 charge to edit the exhibitor's record to delete the spaces for the appropriate entries and to add the spaces back into available inventory. No refunds will be made after the 24 hours prior to the first day of the show.
  • Reserved RV Parking
    • A $5.00 charge applies to each night reserved to update the exhibitors record and return the space to "Available Status".  No refunds will be made after the 24 hours prior to the first day of the show.

Other Policies

  • No refunds will be made after 24 hours prior to the first day of the event(s)
  • PayPal fees will NOT be refunded
  • Convenience Fees will NOT be refunded
